1. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping, allowing customers from around the globe to enjoy our curated selection of premium European fashion brands.
However, please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We require a physical address for all deliveries.
2. Processing Time
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Certain brands or items may require additional processing time, with some orders shipping within 5 business days due to brand-specific requirements or peak seasons.
- In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping destination, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will see the total cost for shipping during the checkout process before placing your order.

4. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Below are estimated delivery times once your order has been processed and shipped:

- Middle East & Africa: 4-10 days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse to pay the applicable customs fees and the package is returned to us, shipping fees will not be refunded.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

7. Undelivered or Lost Packages
We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner. However, if a package is lost or undelivered, please contact us as soon as possible at sugarbeanstudio25@gmail.com.
- If an incorrect address was provided: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please double-check your address during checkout.
- If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier: We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at sugarbeanstudio25@gmail.com. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this time frame.
9. Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to certain restricted countries due to legal or logistical reasons.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for all deliveries.
