When will I receive my order?
We know how exciting it is to receive your special collectibles at your door, and we do our very best to get your Sugarbean treasures to you as quickly and safely as possible. 💌
Our average shipping time is 3 to 5 business days, and we offer free worldwide shipping directly from China. Your order will be shipped with care using trusted express couriers like UPS, FedEx, or DHL, so you can feel confident it's in good hands.
Please note: While we always aim for timely delivery, we can’t guarantee arrival by a specific date (like birthdays or special occasions) due to possible courier delays that are outside our control.
Depending on your country, import duties or VAT may apply, and these will be your responsibility as the customer.

What's a blind box?
A blind box is a fun mystery surprise! Each box is sealed, so you won’t know which character is inside until you open it — that’s part of the excitement.
Blind boxes usually come in themed series, with all the possible figures shown on the packaging.
Some items in a series might be rarer than others. The rarest ones are referred to as “secret", “hidden" or "chase" items. They are usually not part of the standard 12 box set, and are only identified on the box by their silhouette. One basic edition figurine is replaced at random in sets containing a “secret" figurine.
What about returns?
We hope you absolutely adore your Sugarbean goodies — each one is picked, packed, and shipped with lots of love. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
We offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Simply reach out to our support team with your order number, and we’ll gently guide you through the process.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we currently don’t accept returns on sale items or mystery boxes / blind boxes.
